Step 1: Schedule a Consultation

Step 2: Receive a Detailed Proposal
Within one to two weeks, you’ll receive a comprehensive proposal for your project. This includes all elements of the design and construction. Revisit the contract and finalize any details to ensure your vision aligns perfectly with your budget.

Step 3: Approve the Design
Receive a custom layout of your kitchen or bathroom using 2020 Design software or detailed drawings. Review every detail, approve the design, or request adjustments. A revised bid will be provided for any changes.

Step 4: Finalize Material Selections
Work with our team to finalize all material selections, including cabinetry, countertops, tile, flooring, and fixtures.

Step 5: Sign the Contract and Make a Deposit
Sign your finalized contract and make a deposit to secure your project. This step locks in your timeline and materials, ensuring a smooth start to construction. Once selections are complete, materials are ordered, and a project timeline is established.

Step 6: Begin Construction
Once all materials are received, the construction process begins. Our team handles all aspects of the project with precision and care:

• Tearout: Removal of existing materials.
• Preparation: Adjustments to drywall, electrical, and plumbing to prepare for the new layout.
• Tile and Thresholds (if applicable): For bathrooms, installation of tiled showers, thresholds, knee walls, and other structural features.
• Flooring Installation: Laying down new flooring for kitchens or bathrooms.
• Cabinetry Installation: Expertly installing custom cabinetry.
• Painting: Ensuring walls and finishes are perfectly prepared.
• Lighting, Counters, and Appliances: Installing new lighting, countertops, appliances, and tile backsplashes.
• Finishing Touches: Adding hardware, fixtures, and other final details to complete the space.
